Shipping Policy
At SPROOVIA, we curate thoughtful, design-led, and emotionally meaningful gifts. Some of our products are ready-to-ship, while others may be lightly customized, specially prepared, produced in small batches, or sourced after an order is placed.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 15 calendar days after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
However, some products may require additional processing time due to customization, special preparation, limited-batch production, supplier coordination, quality inspection, packaging, or international fulfillment arrangements.
For lightly customized, made-to-order, pre-order, limited-batch, or specially sourced items, the processing time may take up to 180 calendar days before shipment.
By placing an order for such products, you acknowledge and agree that the order may require an extended preparation period before shipment.
2. Product-Specific Shipping Time
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product.
If a product requires a longer preparation period, we may display relevant information on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or through email communication.
Please review all product descriptions, shipping notes, and order details carefully before placing your order.
3. Shipping Time vs. Delivery Time
Processing time refers to the time needed for us to prepare, customize, inspect, pack, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier.
Delivery time refers to the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver the package after it has been shipped.
The total time to receive your order includes both processing time and delivery time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by shipping carriers, customs clearance, holidays, weather, local delivery conditions, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
4. Extended Processing Periods
Some SPROOVIA products are selected for their emotional value, design quality, limited availability, or gift-worthy presentation. Because of this, certain items may not be immediately available for shipment.
Extended processing may apply to:

lightly customized products;

made-to-order products;

pre-order products;
-
limited-batch products;
-
specially sourced gift items;
-
products requiring quality inspection or special packaging;

products affected by supplier, production, or logistics delays.
For these products, shipment may take up to 180 calendar days from the date your order is confirmed.
5. If We Cannot Ship Within the Stated Time
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate and give you the option to either continue waiting or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a full refund.
If an order has not shipped within 180 calendar days from the order confirmation date, you may contact us to request cancellation of the unshipped item and receive a full refund for that item.
If we determine that we are unable to fulfill your order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund for the unshipped item.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email when tracking information is available.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
7. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
SPROOVIA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local taxes, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise.
SPROOVIA is not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, unpaid duties, import restrictions, refused deliveries, or additional fees charged by the destination country or region.
Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are not refundable by SPROOVIA.
9. Shipping Delays
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SPROOVIA is not responsible for delays caused by:

customs clearance;

weather conditions;

holidays or peak seasons;

local delivery issues;
-
incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses;

supplier or production delays;
-
force majeure events;
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will do our best to assist customers in reviewing delayed shipments, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or approved by SPROOVIA.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check with your household members, neighbors, building management, local post office, or delivery carrier first.
SPROOVIA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or marked as delivered by the carrier after successful delivery to the provided address.
If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help review the situation with the carrier where possible.
11. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, or unable to be delivered for reasons outside our control, SPROOVIA is not responsible for the failed delivery.
In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, store credit, or a refund minus any shipping costs, return fees, customs fees, handling fees, or other costs incurred.
12. Order Splitting
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately depending on availability, processing time, fulfillment location, product type, or packaging requirements.
You may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number for the same order.
