Custom dolls

Do I need a doll design sheet?

No. Start with existing character artwork or a photo reference you have permission to use. We coordinate the doll artwork with an illustrator and review it with you. Already have a front-and-back doll design? No design deposit needed.

Can I commission just one doll?

Yes. We welcome single-doll commissions of original characters, fursonas and people from photos. Tell us your idea; we reply within 3 working days.

When do I pay?

Your design starts with a US$29 deposit, credited in full when you order your doll within 90 days of approving the artwork. Before production, we agree the scope, total price and latest dispatch date, and you pay the balance. Your written quote is valid for 14 days.

What if my character has lots of detail?

Tell us your idea and budget. Detailed characters may be quoted higher, and we suggest what fits.

Where do you ship?

Standard Shipping to the US, Canada and Australia is included in every commission. We can ship to most other countries too: ask us and we’ll quote shipping for your address.

Doll outfits

Can I buy outfits without ordering a doll?

Yes. Browse The Doll Wardrobe and order your outfits directly. Dolls are not included.

Will the clothes fit my doll?

Each outfit page lists the sizes it comes in: 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm long-leg or 40 cm, depending on the style. Each size is made for standard cotton dolls of that height. For an unusual body shape, ask us before ordering. If an outfit does not fit as described, contact us and we’ll help.

What if an outfit arrives with a problem?

Contact support@sproovia.com promptly with your order number, a description and relevant photos where reasonably available. We review the issue and provide an appropriate refund for a confirmed problem. Our support team will confirm whether a return is required. We do not offer exchanges as a store service; applicable consumer rights remain. See our refund policy.
