Can I commission just one doll?
Yes. You can enquire about a single cotton doll of your character. Share your idea and any size or style preferences; each project is reviewed individually.
Do I need a doll design sheet?
No. Start with character artwork or a photo reference you have permission to use. We coordinate the specialist doll artwork with an illustrator and review it with you.
How much will my doll cost?
We review your character, size, outfit and other details before quoting. Scope, total quote, payment arrangements and terms are agreed before work begins. You can include a budget in your enquiry.
What do I approve before production?
You review and approve both the doll artwork and embroidery layout, then give your go-ahead before physical production. These design stages are not a finished physical sample.
Can I request a delivery date?
Share your preferred date and destination so we can discuss what is possible. A requested date is confirmed only when we agree on it with you.
