We want your SPROOVIA order to arrive beautifully and on time. Here is everything you need to know.

Processing & Production Time

Non-personalized items ship within 1–2 business days of your order.

Personalized items require 3–5 business days of production time before shipping. This is because each piece is made specifically for you.

You will see the estimated production time on each product page before you add it to your cart.

Shipping Time

  • United States: 3–7 business days after production
  • International: 7–21 business days after production, depending on destination

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for select destinations.

Gift Packaging

Every SPROOVIA order arrives in gift-ready packaging — a premium gift box with a message card and a product story card. We never include pricing information inside the package, so it is always safe to send directly to the recipient.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge, no questions asked.

Returns & Personalized Items

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us to start a return.
