Are these physical products?

Yes. Every SPROOVIA piece is a real, physical object — made from materials like brushed metal, solid wood, stone, and paper. We do not sell digital downloads, NFTs, or e-cards.

Are the gifts personalized?

Many of our pieces can be personalized with a name, date, place, or short line. Each product page will show you exactly which fields are available. Personalization is simple — we keep it to 3–4 fields so the process feels easy, not overwhelming.

How long does production take?

Most personalized pieces take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping. Non-personalized items typically ship within 1–2 business days. You will see the estimated production time on each product page.

Can I send this directly as a gift?

Yes. At checkout, you can enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. We also offer a gift message option so your note arrives with the package.

Do you include prices in the package?

No. We never include pricing information inside the package, so it is always safe to send directly to the recipient.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We are sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If something is wrong, we will always make it right.
